Vision :
To bring the use of information technology to the doorsteps of the people with the aim of establishing knowledge based economy and good governance and ensuring sustainable development.
Mission :
High speed electronic communication, e-government, development of skilled human resources with efficient information technology knowledge, cyber security, implementation of ever-new concepts of information technology, effective coordination, ensuring spread of technological ideas among all. Establishment of information and communication technology infrastructure, reliable maintenance methods and attractive information technology services.
